Mexi Salad

Vegan version of taco salad, I loveeee this stuff, I use vegan meat crumbles that are pre seasoned or I season it with taco mix and add veggies to the pan to cook with. Then put some tortilla chips (publix greenwise are my fav), lettuce, tomato, soy cheeze, guac, and salsa on a plate and put the heated mix on top and enjoy. It's quick and easy to make and usually I have leftovers.
